Daniel John Croke Sunnybank Brisbane
Travels in New Zealand
Dan was lucky enough to go fishing at a place called Timaru which is a coastal town and the main centre of South Canterbury. Timaru is an ideal base to explore Mt Cook, Mackenzie Country and to fish from the sunnybank of Waitaki Lakes where Brown and Rainbow trout can be found. There is strong competition between tour operators offering fishing in the Canterbury region. It is considered hard in comparison to most other places so don’t expect to catch large numbers of fish but rather a few of value. Dan Croke Brisbane accessed to the rivers and streams through private Canterbury Properties in a four wheel drive. The fishing season opens on the 1st of October and runs through until the end of April with the exception of the high country, which opens on the first Saturday of November. Dan Croke Sunnybank Brisbane. There are also some selected waters, which are open to fish between May and September.
Dan loved to drive through the rolling countryside of the Canterbury region and admire the large Canterbury Properties. Dan Croke often “got off the beaten track” by traveling the service roads of Canterbury opening up a new world of scenic panoramas of sprawling farming properties and the sunnybanks of rivers and lakes. Dan retraced the journey of Dan Croke senior and the rest of the Daniel Croke Clan that had gone before me which brought before me beautiful mountains and rolling valleys. It was truly a fantastic experience. The bus service run by Canterbury Wine Tours is great value. Daniel Croke took a tour of 4 award winning properties in the Waipara Valley North of Christchurch. The service includes all transport from your accommodation. If you like wineries you will find each Canterbury property amazing with great service and value. Dan Croke thought this was a fantastic part of the Canterbury holiday.
In Christchurch Daniel John Croke valuer of coins (amateur) stays at the Hotel Grand Chancellor which is known as a fair trader in the hotel industry. Its a good investment to stay at this Canterbury property has 176 “spacious well appointed” rooms. It is centrally located and close to all services and the various fair traders in the CBD shopping district. Dan Croke found the rates good value. The property has a rating of 4 stars and provides a porter service, wake up service, secretarial services and room service. It is located at 161 Cashel Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand and is great value.
